Noelle will go to the ends of the earth for her clients — or, at least, as far as Rockefeller Center. Dressed up as the Pillsbury Doughboy. At 5 AM. Her client was delighted when, there she was, in living color on the Today Show. And while most of her assignments don’t require a costume, they all get 100 percent of Noelle’s attention.
Noelle joined Tunheim Partners in 1996 and has overseen the strategic planning and execution of communications programs for a wide range of clients in a variety of industries, but specializes in retail, consumer products, entertainment and corporate social responsibility. An organized and energetic leader, Noelle also shepherds our retail & consumer practice area for the agency.
Noelle is a member of the Minnesota News Council, sits on the Frank Premack Public Affairs Journalism Award, the Junior League of Minneapolis Advisory Board and is a member of Minnesota Women in Marketing and Communications.
Before entering public relations, Noelle worked in retail industry as a buyer for a department store. That position helped Noelle put herself through Minnesota State University, Mankato, where she graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications/public relations.

Noelle finds the Muppets to be highly entertaining and is a big fan of their creator, Jim Henson.
