Susan Eich strongly believes that effective communications can drive corporate performance. She has more than 30 years of experience in corporate communications, working for some of the most prominent Twin Cities-based companies. Susan understands the pressures and demands of being in a senior communications role inside a company, and how outside counsel can provide value and be a trusted partner.
Susan’s first professional position was in public relations at Honeywell, where she had the fortune to work for and learn from Kathy Tunheim. She also was one of the founding partners of Tunheim Santrizos Co. — known today as Tunheim. She has held senior public relations positions at Target Corporation and Cargill, and most recently was Sleep Number’s senior director of public relations and corporate communications.
Susan’s areas of expertise include corporate and financial communications, investor relations, speechwriting, executive communications, crisis communications, media relations, corporate reputation management and issues management.
