Paula Wright
Paula Wright is Senior Vice President, Client Services at Tunheim, where she leads the firm’s client service function and helps ensure clients receive strategic, integrated communications counsel backed by strong teams, clear processes and high standards of excellence.
Paula brings extensive experience in corporate communications, strategic consultation, event strategy, community relations and CSR programs, promotions, sponsorship activation, branding and project management. Her background spans both corporate and agency environments, with experience across B2B and consumer audiences, retail and manufacturing.
At Tunheim, Paula oversees client service strategy, builds and leads client teams, manages workflow and staffing, and elevates best practices across the agency. She works closely with key clients to provide strategic communications, consulting and event support while coaching and recruiting members of the client service team.
During her two decades with Tunheim, Paula has led major client engagements and provided communications and event strategy for organizations including Medtronic, Cargill, Sleep Number, Target, Best Buy, PGA, USGA, Habitat for Humanity, Accra and others. Her work has included internal communications, media relations and publicity, event development and management, change management consultation, positioning and marketing counsel.
Before joining Tunheim, Paula spent nine years at Target, where she developed and implemented event marketing strategies for a wide range of experiences, from festivals and celebrity appearances to sponsorship activation. She also held marketing roles with Rollerblade and served as VP Membership for the Minneapolis-St. Paul Chapter of the International Special Events Society.
Paula earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from Gustavus Adolphus College.
