Cailin Rogers


Cailin’s background in community engagement and strategic planning drives her passion for creating innovative and inclusive solutions to complex problems.

Prior to joining Tunheim, Cailin was the General Operations Manager for the St. Anthony Park Community Council (SAPCC) and helped to transform the organization’s strategic focus and engagement strategies. There, Cailin led a transformation of policies and procedures, coordinated equity initiatives and oversaw numerous real estate development projects. In addition to this work, Cailin has experience managing successful issue area and candidate-specific campaigns in Minnesota and beyond.

Cailin was appointed to the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization (MWMO) Board of Commissioners by Mayor Chris Coleman in 2016. She also serves on the boards of Jennings Community School and the Towerside Innovation District.

Cailin holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
