Full-time Associates

We are currently seeking dynamic, flexible individuals to join our team as full-time Associates. 

Our collaborative approach extends throughout our organization. From our open office design to lunch-time gab sessions to late afternoon co-working pods, our team enjoys being together and celebrates the fresh thinking that colleagues can bring to solving the challenge of the day. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to learn our clients’ businesses
  • Support client teams in various sectors
  • Draft and edit editorial content, including bylined articles, thought leadership pieces and blogs
  • Draft and edit media materials, including traditional and digital content
  • Work within budget parameters
  • Prioritize tasks and projects and meet deadlines
  • Pitch local, regional and national trade, news and consumer media
  • Research and develop appropriate materials, including briefing documents, client reports and media reports
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business or a related field required, and one to two years of experience
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills
  • Stellar attention to detail
  • Experience using digital platforms and tools for business is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving workload
  • Ability to meet deadlines while demonstrating professionalism under pressure
  • Strong analytical research skills
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and think critically to solve problems on the fly
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment
