Not all roads are created equal. Some are vital connections with huge economic and societal impact. Interstate 94 from the St. Croix River Bridge to St. Paul is one such road and that’s why Tunheim Partners rebranded and repositioned it as the Gateway Corridor. We are also leading the charge with a study that will determine the best mode of transit, potential routes and estimated costs for construction and operation. We are also helping to build grassroots support, win political allies and communicate the importance of the project. It’s a long road to travel, but we feel confident the results will benefit the entire region.
