Three parts crisis management ninja. Two parts public affairs guru. One part kickball ambassador. That’s Allison Frailich. Since joining Tunheim Partners in 2007, Allison has proven to be not only an indispensible asset to her clients, but a cheerful addition to the agency.

With a background in politics and experience working on campaigns in London, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Florida, Minnesota and South Dakota, Allison learned by doing. In the high-pressure political trenches, she honed a myriad of skills – strategy, issues management, organizing, coalition building, online communications — that she now utilizes for her clients.

Allison recently returned from a three-month sabbatical in Uganda, where she volunteered with an indigenous non-profit focused on health care and human rights issues. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, volunteering, serving as captain of the Tunheim Partners kickball team and dreaming of ways to get back to Africa.

Fun Fact

Allison has gone paragliding in Switzerland, climbed mountains in Israel and white water rafted down the Nile River.
